Hi guys...I am after urgent help...I have an old (about 7 y old) Rac sat nav that originally came with Route 66, however it does seem to exist anymore updates for it, something to do with RAC and Route66 not having a deal anymore or whatever...anyway I was told its possible to load TomTom maps on to it and wipe out Route66. Is there anyone out there that could give me step by step help on how to do this...I am desperate as I am driving from Sussex to Wales next weekend and need the sat nav. Many thanks in advance

They haven't built that many new roads in 7 years, you'll still be able to find the M4.0 -
If you have a smartphone then download NavFree (which is free) on both iPhone and Android.0

Its not finding the M4 Im worried about, its once I get to Wales I need help finding my way around it as I never been there before.0 -
I'd be amazed if your satnav can't get you where you want to go, unless your destination has been built in the last 7 years. As a backup why not plan your route on Google Maps and print out the directions.0
