Owed money from equipment rental

    Bank statements are exactly the kind of thing the courts will accept as evidence. And a visit in person will quickly establish from neighbours if the person you're looking for is about - you could even dress up as a parcel delivery guy with a battered white padded envelope and a beaten up clipboard with a load of thumbed barcodes if you want a bit of cover.

    Initially I was told she would like to rent for 3 months and she might extend the rental period thereafter. So that is what I wrote on the contract. After 3 months she extended it, I was still receiving payment for another 5 months but sometimes late.

    My debt collector replied that she still lives at the same address as confirmed by her boyfriend (only phone number provided was that of her bf but they are not allowed to discuss the matter with him). Other than that no progress whatsoever with the case. They never managed to talk to her.
