• By entering this prize draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The Promoter of this prize draw is The Jordans & Ryvita Company, a trading division of ABF Grain Products Limited (company number: 79590), Holme Mills, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire SG18 9JY (the “Promoter”).
• To enter this prize draw, entrants must either tweet @Ryvita the name of the person who they would share their Ryvita Thins with including the hashtag #ryvitathins or fill out the form on our website https://www.ryvita.co.uk/competitions/win-a-sony-3d-hd-tv-plus-netflix-subscription-plus-a-bundle-of-goodies
• The Promoter is offering those enter this competition the chance to win 1 main prize comprising:
• a Sony Bravia 50" KDL50W8 LED HD 1080p 3D Smart TV with Freeview/Freesat HD;
• 2x 3D Glasses;
• A pre-paid Visa card to the value of £80.00 to enable the winner to subscribe to year’s subscription of Netflix (which will be down to the winner to arrange); and
• a hamper containing 1 bottle of Autumn Red and 1 bottle of Moscato wine by Gallo Wines, 1 bottle of Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce 190ml1 bottle of Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce with Mango 190ml 1 set of Conical Dip Bowls by Nom Living and 1 packet of each of our Ryvita Thins variants.

• This prize draw is open to UK residents only, aged 18 and above, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, their agents, third parties, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Only one entry allowed per person.
• The prize draw will run from 00.00 on 07.10.2014 until 10.00 on 10.11.2014. Entries received after this date will not be entered into the prize draw.
• No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw, however access to the internet is required.
• Winners will be selected in an independent random draw from all valid entries on 11th November 2014. The first name to be drawn will win the main prize described above and the next 25 names will win the runner-up prize described above. The winners will be contacted via email or via a direct tweet. If a winner fails to respond within 7 days of this notification, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If any winner declines a prize or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.
• The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash or other alternative is available, but the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
• While we can take responsibility for making great products, we’re afraid we can’t take responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or which cannot be delivered due to any technical, network or other reason.

• The name and county of residence of the prize-winner may be featured on the Promoter’s website as well as on its Facebook & Twitter pages and future Ryvita newsletters. This information will also be made available on request to anyone sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to the Promoter at the address set out above for the attention of ‘Marketing Department’ within 10 weeks of the closing date of the prize draw.

• The Promoter reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this prize draw without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
• The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, accidents, supervening legislation, or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
• You agree to be bound by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the prize draw. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of the Promoter’s decisions.
• Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of England and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England, including the seeking of all injunctive or ancillary relief actions.
