Three (maybe more) homebase g24 tickets

Hello,

As I work as a cleaner(Usually 2 hrs of work), I usually park in homebase which is very close to my workplace. As of today, I received THREE notices from G24 asking me to pay 100 pounds within 28 days, (if paid within 14 days it is reduced to 60 pounds) I am very certain that I will receive 2-3 more of these letters in days to come. After looking up this company it looks like these fines can be avoided, therefore I would like to know if this is actually true, especially in the case of having more than 1 ticket.
Just to add some more information, on 1 ticket I stayed 60min more (90 allowed) and on the other 2 tickets I stayed for 30min more.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I am not in the financial situation to pay for these fines (being a cleaner doesn't get me much)

Thanks!

Read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread.

Not sure why people post without apparently reading it first.

  • I presumably will receive a sum of 5-7 tickets, so I do not believe I can use the template from the NEWBIES FAQ thread.

Why on earth not? You certainly could use it and just write all the PCN numbers at the top, this isn't unique at all! Someone has been posting about beating 5 PCNs from one PPC only this week.

Trouble is G24 have just hopped to the IPC which means unless your parking events were dated before they joined, then your second appeal isn't to POPLA (which is easy to win) but to the IPC (still winnable but more hard work).

Look up the IPC AOS members and see if the date G24 joined is before ALL your parking events (not the date of the Notices). You might have some POPLA appeals and some IAS ahead of you!

Certainly you don't pay these beggars.
