I part exchanged my old van and a few months later received a parking fine for said van. I contacted pcn and explaind the situation and following their advice, and emailed them a copy of sales invoice proving that I was not the owner at the time the fine was issued. I am now being taken to court by civil enforcement ltd for not paying a parking fine on a vehicle that I no longer own
can anyone help or advise please.

CEL never turn up in court so even if you had been the owner at the time we'd help you defend and win, and claim your costs if they force a hearing and you would turn up, and CEL would not.
