Missing footprints on credit report

I'm hoping someone can help me
We got an aip back in august (our first aip was declined/failed, second one was fine both within a few days of each other)
Today I thought I'd check my credit report for the search history so I could get a rough idea of when the aip was confirmed and I can't find any search from any company on mine or DH report (noddle)
Is it possible the aip was a soft search? (Both of them? We know the first one was Santander)
Noddle has no record of a search being done (I'm thinking of applying for my file for £2 with another company to check)?
Or could there maybe something else?
I think our aip will end soon and I really don't want to go cluttering my report with too many searches
Please and thanx
Any help is appreciated

Does it appear on your other two reports? Noddle is probably the most unlikely one for them to have used.0

Hi, thanx for replying
Aaah I didn't realise it could be report specific (these credit reports don't half confuse me!). All other searches (insurance, credit card) show up on noddle so I assumed these would too.
I haven't yet requested the other 2 but will be doing in the next week or 2.
I guess I'll just have to be patient and wait for them to come through

Most mortgage AIP checks are soft only. So only visible to yourself. Hard more substantial checks are made on application.0
