Is it worth appealing parking charge

Hi
I have been given a parking charge notice (attached to my window)
I by accident typed one letter Wrong on my registration number on my Ringo account. I have appealed and they have rejected it. I supplied evidence to show I had an active session, even though it was the wrong reg to show I had not avoided a charge on purpose.
Is this worth now taking to the next stage?

Yes because we win every time against almost all PPCs. Read the newbies FAQs sticky thread (near the top of this forum) and tell us who the PPC was. Send the template first appeal once you get the Notice to Keeper in the post (do not pay the PCN and do not worry about the discount bribe!). I assume this was in England/Wales and that you are the registered keeper so you would get the Notice to Keeper next month? Read the sticky thread!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It's pps, dated 1st October. I appealed the next day and they wrote back rejecting it on the 8th. It's says I have till the 22nd of October to pay my £60 or it's £100 and they will chase the dvla as I didn't supply I was the registered owner or give my address.
So I've read the newbies thread, and I'll follow it, but just one other thing, even though I've appealed once (not knowing this advice was available) is it ok to send the stage one letter?0 -
I should also mention that the rejection letter had a popla code in it.0

So appeal to POPLA. If you'd read the NEWBIES thread then surely you know this is what you do next?0

OMG please read the sticky thread properly, OF COURSE you don't ignore the POPLA appeal and you do NOT write to the PPC again! You must now create a POPLA appeal and they are linked in post #3 of the Newbies thread. There are two I wrote for PPS so use those as a draft and then post what you intend to submit to POPLA online, here FIRST. You are about to drag defeat from the jaws of victory if you fire off the wrong thing.
PPS have occasionally won at POPLA so you MUST look at the proper templates linked in post #3 of the sticky thread 'How to win at POPLA'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
