I'm in credit, can I move the money for free somehow?

in Credit cards
If it helps, this is on a barclaycard and I have a barclays
current account.
Somehow, I've overpaid by over £300 (I think from a refund). It's good news in a way because I could do with the extra cash at the moment, preferably in my current account. But, can I move the money without having to pay a fee? I also would like to cancel the card if that helps at all.
So far, the only way I can think of is to spend with the credit card until I've used it up but I can't remember the pin!

Cancel the card and ask them to send you a cheque.0

Phone them up and ask them to give you your money. Have they said there would be a fee? Halifax sent me my money for free when it happened a few years agoChanging the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0

Babbles, the Barclaycard BT card I have will show you the PIN via the online banking (assuming you have registered)
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Call them and ask for a Credit Balance RefundNo Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

no idea what my nerdnumber is - i am now officially nerd 229, no idea on my debt free date0 -
I haven't done anything yet, just wanted to know what I was doing before I started so I wouldn't pay a fee if there was a way around it (if, of course, there was any fee).
Anyone know if I can do the above in a barclays branch? I prefer to speak to people face to face where I can.
Thanks everyone0 -
No, the branch staff will not be able to refund from a credit card. Check the T&C of your CC, if no fee is mentioned in there they can't charge you one.Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0

Just ring the call center and they will send you a cheque.0

BarclayCard will just send it to your bank account if you phone them, they've done it for me before now.Credit 'Score' - Don't buy the credit 'score' that Experian, Equifax and Noddle want to sell you. It's an arbitrary number that means nothing when it comes to applying for credit.

I've been in this situation a couple of times due to refunds and have had no problem phoning up and asking for it to be sent to my current account (no charge) and even did it in branch once, but I am with Natwest for both current and credit cards so maybe that is why it was easier.- on a mission to be debt-free by the end of 2017 -
