The benefits of using our Account Transfer Service- We’ll transfer all of your existing standing orders, bill payments and direct debits from your old bank to your new bank account.
- We’ll give you an interest-free overdraft for at least four months (depending on your circumstances) to help you through the switcher process.
- We will match you existing overdraft (up to £5,000), depending on your circumstances.
- You choose the date you want the switch to start, up to 60 days in the future.
- It’s unlikely that you will have to pay any bank charges due to a failure during the switching process. However, if this happens, we’ll refund any charges in full.
- We promise to keep you informed regularly throughout the transfer process so you know exactly what’s happening.
