I book myHermes service through Parcel2Go.


Can anyone tell me if there is any difference / better, cheaper etc by going straight through myHermes instead of Parcel2Go?

yes it is cheaper for somethings via mhermes direct.(go online and check lol)
if you are dispatching multiple parcels over X weight. Yodeldirect is cheaper.


Using myhermes shop drop is cheaper still.

MyHerpes is cheaper by about 50p if you book direct.

Yes there is a difference. £20 compensation with P2G whereas £50 with MyHermes direct. If you get any issues, MyHermes will refer you to P2G. If you book direct they are excellent at sorting out problems/claims.

You also occasionally get discounts. Currently it is 10% off an order if you send 100 parcels in one week but occasionally get 10% off code with no restrictions.

As everyone else says they will deal with you directly if there are any problems and its cheaper so unless you have a super discount code then you'd be better off direct
