Any advice on money saving in Northern Ireland
I moved home from mainland UK 3 years ago and was shocked at how expensive everything is in Northern Ireland. For example, I paid £40 a month for gas in a 2 bedroom flat in UK and over £100 a month on average here. Electricty, car insurance, house buildings and contents insurance, they're all more expensive. Also, as far as I can tell with the utilities, you can't switch to another supplier. Am I right in thinking we're being ripped off here? Anything we can do about it?
