so your saying hold tight till I receive another letter? shall I not simply appeal based on the notice I have received? I prefer the latter so at least they know I am disputing the legal notice they have stuck on my windscreen.

So (with your brother's agreement as he isn't liable in law due to their failings) send the appeal I have suggested in your brother's name but with your address so you get the reply, writing as KEEPER. You would be MAD to say who was driving seeing as that is the one piece of info they need.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

First thing is, was there a ticket on your windscreen or did you get this in the post? Or both?

I originally thought the para on having to be members of an ATA applied to all orgs. On second read that para is specific to 'management companies' which I guess leaves all landowners able to access the data without membership.
