Appeal won still getting letters

Hi guys,
Just a quickie, won my appeal on September 30th against VCS, as already posted on here.
Just received another letter from VCS a liability notice, still saying I need to pay them £100 (so not ignore this notice!), does this normally happen?
just e-mailed them my response from POPLA and told them to drop it.
Anything else I need to do? cheers

Complain to DVLA and your MP that:
(i) VCS is still pursuing you although your appeal was upheld
(ii) You can't complain to BPA Ltd. because VCS is no longer a member
(iii) You can't complain to IPC Ltd. because VCS wasn't a member at the time
and (iv) It is unacceptable that DVLA has allowed this ridiculous situation to arise where there are two Accredited Trade Associations and companies can bamboozle the public and "game" the appeals system by jumping between them.Je suis Charlie.0 -
Show VCS how good there pulp makes good toilet paper, use it and post it back to them. :rotfl:PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:0

Im assuming that VCS are acting for/and on behalf of a land owner ( ie shopping centre/pub etc)
If so then get in touch with the landowner and tell them what their agents are up to, and as they are responsible for their agents actions you consider this to be harassment by the land owner.
Secondly make a point about the upheld popla challenge in your favour, ask the land owner why they are still allowing VCs to operate in the same way on their land, tell the landowner that they as principle could be liable to repay £1,000's ( or more) in refunds to people who have paid VCSFrom the Plain Language Commission:
