It's classed as a cash withdrawal.0

So theres no website would ever class it as purchase? Would rather put it on 0% purchase till next year.0

Maybe you can reload a US$ prepaid debt card and then withdrawal dollars from the ATM.0

If available to you then you could purchase on one card and then balance transfer to the interest free card. If you're not planning on paying off until next year then the fee is not a big deal.0

Then you need to buy the currency from Tesco with a Tesco card or M&S with an M&S card (others may be available), both of which are treated as a purchase...and so 0% interest if you're still in the introductory period. So theres no website would ever class it as purchase? Would rather put it on 0% purchase till next year.0
