CP Plus Parking Notice Glasgow

My wife received a parking notice for being parked in a restricted area when in fact she was in a normal parking bay
Are these things legal in scotland?
Should i ignore it or appeal it???

    Its Scotland - You should ignore everything but properly issued court papers but don't hold your breath. Do not engage or confirm who you are to them as this will needlessly prolong their attempts to scare money out of you.

    Check the Newbies Sticky for up to date advice and the pre-POFA letter chain for a fair idea of the hysterical rubbish they will send over the next few months. :)
