Tesco Finest Sausages - What Are They In?

I normally like these but seem to have gone off them recently, something to do with the apparently indigestible skin..
The packet states "natural non-organic pork casings" and is also on the web page here:-
http://www.tesco.com/groceries/product/details/?id=268787206
This confuses me. With my "O" level in chemistry, does this mean an "natural inorganic pork casing". If so, how can pork be "inorganic".
Or does it mean "organic" as in "organic food" ?
Can anyone enlighten me here because I am completely at a loss to know what the heck these casings are made of.... Words of few syllabubbles please, Spammy is feeling perplexed....

Pig intestines. The pigs were not kept in a way that would allow the organic label.0 -

I was recently reading the Frylight FAQ page and come across the following statement:The Sunflower Lecithin is a product derived from Sunflower seed and gives the product its non-stick property. It is not composed from chemicals.0
