samsung N150P notebook died. Replacement?

My little Samsung N150p notebook has died. I want to replace it with another small notebook which runs some form of windows 7 and has a keyboard. Any recommendations? Note: I do not want to run apps on it, want a bog standard small pc. Would like an HDMI port.

It wont turn on. Have replaced battery, checked on/off switch is OK (it is) but nothing happens when I try to turn it on.0

Yes there is a charging light but that is all. I cannot get it to come on. I have taken the switch out and looked at it (as per instructions I found on the web) and it is not broken. But somehow it is not activating the pc itself so no little purple lights.0

I would have suggested a BIOS recovery, but there might be difficulty in the obtaining the correct files for the recovery.

Can't extract the .ROM from the installer. The only way I can do it, is to get someone who has the identical machine. Then to get a backup of their BIOS in order to use it to run your BIOS recovery.
