About 12-14 hours, a group of us at uni playing unreal tournament - we were pretty awesome at it, shame it was before the days of these pro gamers! Otherwise goldeneye on the n64 pretty much none stop with 3 other mates at the weekend.

Good times.

I somehow managed to spend about 8 hours playing a sim game the other night, although admittedly much of that was sat not really paying attention whilst waiting for things to complete.

BAck when Playstation2 was the new system and StreetFighter was new out. I spent 8 hours playing the game.

I remember the next day I had blisters on my thumbs from the controller.

I spent most of boxing day last year playing Civilization: Beyond Earth, I know what you mean about "just one more turn". For me it's i'll just wait for this research/building to finish or wait for this explorer to reach this point or just finish attacking this city.

These days it's 2-3 hours at a time 1-3 times a week depending on how busy I am.

In one sitting, it has to be Football Manager.
I've easily spent 8 hours doing the whole "just one more match" thing!
In terms of how long it's taken for me to complete a game...probably Far Cry 3.
Spent so long chasing animals for their skin instead of rescuing my buddies!

Mass Effect was pretty additive for me, especially as its so large with many different consequences to the players actions. May have embarrassingly played 8 hours straight, once.


If they ever do a re-mastered version of the complete trilogy for the Xbox One and included all downloadable content....I'm in trouble.


Fortunately I am starting to get to grips with the addiction and keep gaming to a minimum. I much prefer to learn the Piano and get in shape.

I used to play world of warcraft for hours on end, sometimes 15 hours a day on my days off!

About 1 years ago I had my appendix out. I was only 16 so had nothing to do really so I spent about 12 hours a day every day playing burnout on the xbox. I actually managed to get to number 1 in the world!

Probably about 6-8 hours with a friend on XBox live Red Dead Redemption, we were breaking it up with beers and chit chat though, not just solid gaming.
