Checked credit reports, all is as it should be...sent letter Saturday and still now reply from them.

They've totally ignored the 'prove it' letter we sent. What now?!

That letter is from Robinson Way. You said the original was from Hph.

RW may have been emplyed to recover the debt on behalf of Hph. To cover all bases I would send them a prove-it letter too.

Thanks for the reply. If you can see on the letter it says due to HPH Ltd (Ex Shopacheck) and we sent the letter to Robinson Way as the letter was from them and they are dealing with the supposed debt..

Robinson Way often stick their fingers in their ears and ignore any dispute until you get people like the FOS involved.

Send the prove it letter to the lot of them. Ask for pre paid envelopes as you cant afford to be wasting money on stamps to some two bit scumbag DCA.
