Cooperative Energy
Boasts it's "Aiming to be Britain's Most Trusted Energy Provider". Have just switched over - and I thought Npower was inefficient!:( I now have a wad of emails, notes of phone calls etc.etc, all of which have been ignored by the Customer Services Manager. The most help I have received has been from the operatives on the end of the telephone line - but they have been ignored by their service dept. Any one had the same bad experience?

I've just switched to the Co-op from Eon, it took slightly longer than their estimate and my first DD was meant to be taken on the 17th September, it was taken on 14th October, I just wonder if the second will be taken tomorrow.
Also the reading that I gave them was not the same as they gave to Eon , it was just over 100 kWh more.
Other than that, the gas and electricity seem to be the same quality as I was getting before.over 73 but not over the hill.0
