Refund for the buggy

Hi there,
I really hope someone can help with this question...Back in May, this year, I have bought a buggy from kiddicare website, it was on sale. However, it broke down. I've send it back and they gave me a credit code for the sale price, for which I won't be able to buy the same buggy, because it's not on sale any longer...I was wondering what are my customer rights here. Can expect them to give me a refund for a normal price, as it is now??

They don't have to refund you more than you paid, they could have offered a repair, replacement or a refund. They didn't even have to give a refund of the full price paid, they could have reduced the amount to allow for the 5 months use you've had of the buggy. You don't have to accept a credit note though unless that is how you originally paid, you can insist on a full refund to allow you to buy a replacement elsewhere.0

You could try asking for a replacement or repair instead?
Or ask for a cash refund if you paid by cash.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
