First floor London flat. Kitchen ceiling leaking, I think i heard a tile sliped a week before. Also I got some sort of plant trying to grown from the roof.

What can I expect from a roofer? How much to repair a loose/broken tile? How much to remove a plant? Clean a gutter? Removing and sealing chimneys. Do they charge to 'look at it' like plumbers like to?

Any help appreciated.

Also if anyone can recommend some one in the west London area... much appreciated.
