NLS -Did they con you too?

NLS ( National Legal Services) York and Sheffield are now bust. The Official Receiver estimates they have debts of £14m and conned 2,000 Will-Writing Agents out of £8,000+ each.
I was one of them.
I paid by Credit Card and I've got my money back through a Consumer Credit Act 1974 Claim. I hope Martin will tell people about the protection which buying by Credit Card can give them when the supplier fails to deliver.
For details of how you can reclaim and to join the Forum of over 600 ex-NLS Agents log on to www.epforum.org.uk.
It'll cost you nothing, but you'll feel better finding that you were only one of the production line of people scammed over the past few years.

With all due respect, but have you actually read any of the posts on this forum or articles on the site? That comment seems to suggest not!
Sorry to hear you got conned though.0 -
Hello, only realised recently that it was possible to claim for this under Section 75. Having trouble accessing the website (possibly due to trying to sort this out so much later than everyone else) so unable to view the forums and worried that may do something wrong and scupper the claim. Are you aware of any other advice re the claim elsewhere that I might be able to access?
Many thanks!0
