Update via Windows Updates to 8.1, then if still not happy, install Classic Shell.

After a lot of faffing about (its not easy when left or right clicks don't work) I have found that:
"My PC is running an enterprise or volume licensed version of Windows 8 and cannot be updated using Windows Store. Contact your system administrator for more information on how to update your PC to Windows 8.1"
So I can't have Windows 8.1, can I still use the Classic Shell? I had a look at the link in post 2 but not sure about it.0 -
Yes you can still have Classic Shell. I don't personally use it, but, it's quite respectable. I won't give you alternatives as it will just muddy the waters for you.
