worked perfectly for me...the discount is applied when you view your basket.
I didn't order any of them, I just put 10 in the basket and the price was £10.We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Beginning to come to the conclusion that they have added one or more of them in my basket into the offer by mistake then, that would explain it all I guess, even though all 10 are marked on the offer page and on their own pages as being in the offer - perhaps that's case solved!0 -
I dont quite understand how it can be just over £100. Having a quick look at the site, all the DVD's on the offer are £2.99 normally.
so if the discount didn't work, then it would be £29.90 for the 10, so how did it get upto £100?0 -
Order went through and trusting that the discount would be applied, I pressed next-next-next appropriately, and ordered them... final order price (should be £14.95 + £10) came to just over £100!
I'm a bit confused by this. If the site gave you a final confirmation page showing that much, why did you agree to it?
Zavvis customer service is notoriously bad, and they should have cancelled your order before sending it out, but you did agree to them billing you that amount.0 -

When I ordered there were over 6 pages of clearance DVDs, now there are only 2 and a half, they were not all £2.99 at the time, that's why I chose them because they were much better than the crappy ones on there now, and were thus more expensive at full price!0 -

So if they have an advertised price, but they charge me more than that - as long as I accept at the checkout stage I lose all rights to the offer price?
that sucks 0
