student loan help please

back in 2004 my loan was supposedly written off by SLC

however it has been transferred now to Erudio and is showing that one of 4 years of loans was written off due to ill health not being able to work again etc

i therefore still owe 3 years of loans

i spoke to erudio on the phone and they said send letter from gp and confirmation of DLA
im worried about all this as would like to start studying again with OU in feb and can't afford to without the student finance

i have copy of the original letter and years of DLA letters showing indefinite award of high rate care and high rate mobility

any comments help would be gratefully received thank you

Are you sure you'll be eligible for another student loan anyway? Although my undergraduate study preceded the introduction of loans and I didn't need one for my postgraduate study I was under the impression that having already had a loan (for what appears to be 4 years in your case) that you wouldn't be able to get another one.

Thanks. Apparently yes I would be eligible as I didn't complete the degree. I have spoken to OU over this
