Car Parking Partnership (CPP) - when to appeal?

Hi folks,
I've received a ticket on my windscreen from Car Parking Partnership (CPP), which is a trading name of Liberty Printers (AR and RF Reddin). Are they one of the companies where you should wait until they send a notice in the post before you appeal?
Thanks
Becky
