Can't remember who issued my credit card

Options
Hi all, I'm new to this site and wondered if someone might be able to answer a query.

I have two claims ongoing on a credit card that I held 10 years ago.
One is for PIP implants purchased on the card and a claim is being sought under section 75, and the other is for PPI.

I have a copy of the receipt from when i paid for my implants which shows the card number, expiry and start date. I cannot remember however, who the card was issued by. I had quite a bit of credit back then so it could have been from anywhere :O/

Is there any way of me finding out with the card number, who issued it so that i know who to contact to make a claim? The information is no longer on my credit report due to how long ago the account was closed.

Any help greatly appreciated.
Hayley
