Getting a pc to NI?

I hoped you Ebayers might be able to help me get a pc to NI by the cheapest method but hopefully reliable and speedy?

Or is that asking too much ;)

As it's Northern (as oppossed to Southern) Ireland, Royal Mail Standard parcels (Up to 20KG) with £500 of compo would be £14.65 :)

No doubt there is cheaper, but as long as you know how to package goods, I don't believe you can go wrong with the Royal Mail. :)

You can try parcels2go, they had some good prices when I was posted items to difficult areas. It is next day delivery Plus you can pay by payapl.
Must also agree royal mail has been very quick too , but can be expensive.

Finally got the pc to the Post Office on Monday, weighed in at 15kg, charge to NI was £14.65. I left the PO at noon, not sure what time the parcel was picked up from there but just had a phone call to say it arrived in Belfast first thing this morning :D

Well done Royal Mail and thanks to Tojo and Cat for answering here :j

one bad thing with royal mail standard parcel sevice, YOU DO NOT GET A TRACKING No.

if they paid via paypal, they will be able to cliam there fees back if they say they did not get the item as you have no proof the item was sent

Best to always get a tracking no. IMO

Proof of Receipt is what is required by Paypal and not Proof of Despatch (which you do get via a COP). :)

Thanks to Tojo Ralph for sugesting Royal Mail, I couldn't quite believe it when the pc arrived in perfect condition 42 hours after it was posted

Many thanks to Edinburghlass for taking the time and trouble, not only for buying it on my behalf, but for getting it over here :A
