Urgent!! Please help. Court claim because my insurers have not completed settlement

    Yeah, I read it.


    I also read that it was classified as her fault.


    I also read that her insurance company hasn't paid out.


    I also read that a county court summons has now been issued for non payment of the outstanding claim.


    I also read that her insurance company are saying that they paid for the claim upon receipt of the summons


    So, which part of this do you fail to understand?

    Do you think they are paying out of the goodness of their heart, or they don't have a leg to stand on, should have paid out ages ago and now have been jolted into action by a summons?
