Replacement for heating controller

Hi I was wondering if anyone could recommend a replacement heating / hot water controller. I currently have a siemens RWB2E and it's not very good to use and doesn't have a thermostat.
Ideally I'd like to replace it with a wireless controller for the heating but if it's to expensive I'd be happy to go with a wired controller with thermostat for the heating. I know the replacement needs to be dual channel as we cannot have the heating switched on without the hot water.
Does anyone have any recommendations?
