I had a windscreen ticket placed on my car in a (Q&B <-) park for 'driver being observed leaving the site and the vehicle remaining parked on the premises. The ticket was issued 2 hours after I had parked so how they managed to see the driver is beyond me.
I have looked on the newbies thread and emailed the appeal letter to TPS but this has been done before I received the Notice to Owner letter. Is this going to be a problem? And shall I pay the reduced £50 charge before my 14 days are up in 6 days

Those two snippets are mutually exclusive. If you've read the newbies thread, why on earth would you even be considering paying anything? Everything you need is there. The circumstances are not important.Brizzlekicks wrote: »I have looked on the newbies thread ...
