Choice of a Motability small MPV has been discussed fairly fully at the above link.

I have always found that you can only find what is right for you by trying all those within your criteria. Some cars I cannot drive simply because of the pedal positions and only have to sit in the cars to find out.
I feel sure that it best for you to see how easy you can get into a car that suits you. Some MPVs may even have seats that are too high! Also consider that you may need a swivel seat if you condition is deteriorating. Can a swivel seat be fitted?
