complaint against applecare

I was hoping someone might be able to advise me. I have a complaint which I am taking up with Apple Computers, for appalling aftercare service.
However the complaint address and name I have been supplied is the very same advisor with whom I had zero help and assistance from in the first place. I hardly feel this will result in a fair adjudication.
Could you advise me on how best I might pursue this further.
I would attach my complaint letter but it doesnt look like I can.

Phone them up and ask to escalate your case to customer relations. They are a team in Ireland that have more power to do things compared with the first few levels of support you talk to.0

And that site also seems to have gone very commercial - I tried a search for Apple and it returned several results. Trying to find the actual details of one of the results however resulted in a "Give us dosh" page. (You now need to jump through hoops to be able to actually see details without paying, it seems).0 -

Maybe you're looking at a different site, but I've checked the one that I would expect it to be to find the email address of a CEO (couple of clues to help the OP search for it there
) and it contains one entry for Apple UK and clicking on the CEO's name gives his email address and phone number - no idea whether they are right, but I've found several CEO details that way and they have been correct.
I think if you try to access multiple details then it does ask you to pay, but for a one-off it's free for me.0 -
It's the same site. Maybe it's because I accessed via my work connection and the site has detected my company's name and assumed it's a business-related enquiry.0

They already have a thread for this open (search their profile)
Basically they didn't have a backup, phoned up AppleCare about a problem with their own website, disagreed when the rep told them it was a problem with their own website - somewhere along the way ended up erasing an internal and external hard disk.
It's totally nonsensical and loads of things don't add up which I pointed out and they stopped responding.
Oh and the compo they're trying to claim is for loss of earnings on a business they haven't even started yet.
Thread is a well worth a read.
OP - Apple have no complaints department. Email Tim cook your complaint (email can be found with a quick Google search) someone from their executive relations will review the case and get in touch with you (put your phone number on the email)0
