Bantex - he had permission and the damage was accidental. He parked the bike facing down a steep hill and failed to ensure the stand was down properly before he let go of the bike. He'd just specifically been told minutes earlier to park facing uphill to avoid precisely the accident that eventually occurred.
Bris - he point blank refused to get his insurance company involved. He wanted to pay for the parts\repair himself - then refused to pay for the actual repair as he believed he could fit them himself.0
