Switching energy suppliers

Hi, can anyone help? i switched from Scottish Power to EDF in early May and i use a prepay meter on economy 7, Scottish power sent me a bill for £120 when i switched, how can this be? i paid in advance for my electric and never went on to the emergency facility, i have never owed them anything either so how can they justify this bill?
please help.

Have you checked that the edf opening meter reading matches the SP closing reading ?

You really should ask SP what its for presume you have had a final bill with it detailed .
