Switching energy suppliers

Hi, can anyone help? i switched from Scottish Power to EDF in early May and i use a prepay meter on economy 7, Scottish power sent me a bill for £120 when i switched, how can this be? i paid in advance for my electric and never went on to the emergency facility, i have never owed them anything either so how can they justify this bill?

Have you checked that the edf opening meter reading matches the SP closing reading ?0

You really should ask SP what its for presume you have had a final bill with it detailed .0
