Apologies if my question has already been previously answered, but this is my first comment on this thread.

With regards to COS, yesterday I purchased the Cider and Heinz soup, which were both free. I uploaded the receipt last night, but the status is still showing up as "Receipt received".

Therefore, does it takes a number of days for the cashback to be successfully earned on COS?

    Thanks

    Welcome :hello:

    It can take 30 mins

    It can take 3 days

Remember, its the weekend so cut them some slack ;)

  • My sada c&c order has been cancelled because they couldn't take payment . Eh?. I 'paid' with e vouchers. I'm wondering what they was gonna charge me extra for

Also the pumpking ale was 99p in my aldi, loads on a pallet by the door.

I didn't receive my cashback for the 6 Birdseye items I purchased, but have just received an email saying that there is a limit of 4 items!!

That's interesting. I sent an email yesterday after I'd bought 6 Birdseye and then the cashback had disappeared from my phone.

The 50% cashback is now showing again but is not giving me the full amount. I didn't know there was a 4 item restriction, is that in the terms and conditions I wonder.

I could off done the shop myself in the time I've been waiting:eek::eek:

This is always the case for me whenever I've done a C&C order. They've made me late for work and one time I ordered hay which was for Lily the guineapig to eat. Guineapigs need to have hay available at all times and I'd run out because my usual source had not had it in stock. So I ordered it in a C&C and they substituted it with shavings  I started panicking and told the SA she needs to eat hay and please could she go and check if there was any sort of hay at all as I knew there was more than one type. She went back in and came out with a big bag of hay that was double the size and price of the one I'd ordered  She said it was more expensive but "we'll let you have it since you've been kept waiting so long" Yeah I should think so too. You should have brought me that in the first place! :p (I didn't actually say that just thought it in my head :p )
