    Afternoon everyone :)

I have used co-op electrical a few times. Service excellent, next day delivery, connect for free but charge a tenner to take old one away. Have good offers from time to time so depends if anything decent on there at the moment. Couple of codes kicking around for £20 off indesit and hotpoint.

We used co.op last year for a fridge, but they seem quite expensive on washer dryers from what I can see at the mo.
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

    2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend

Definitely not in mine then, was looking for pumpkin on the label.

It was in mine loads of it on a special cardboard stand that was still nearly full next to all the xmas chocolates. But it scanned 99p.

I did pick up a few for Mr TS as it is the community garden's bonfire party today as 99p is still a good price for a bottled ale. Thanks David. :)

    Afternoon all

Been AWOL after Hs Christening last Sunday and a half term break away. No internet access  Makes you realise how we have come to rely on it - had to go back to look at leaflets on site to decide where to go instead of tripadvisor :D
Anyway, I'm way out of the loop so am back off for a little catch up - though by the looks of the page number you'll all be off to a new thread soon.

Good afternoon Logie so nice to see you :)hope all is well with you and your family:A

Apologies if my question has already been previously answered, but this is my first comment on this thread.

With regards to COS, yesterday I purchased the Cider and Heinz soup, which were both free. I uploaded the receipt last night, but the status is still showing up as "Receipt received".

Therefore, does it takes a number of days for the cashback to be successfully earned on COS?

    Thanks

Very nice shop - with Aussies?

Sorry Yes with the aussie. For me the tresseme box is too small, I am so used to getting alsmost free shampoo and the GD's and otherswill use the lip stuff Also a nice tin till the mother throws the carp out

Last one today need to get it with Old Spice

For anyone shopping in debenhams they have 25% off coats and £5.00 gift voucher with spends over £50.00 She would not entertain splitting my shop so I had to go back for DH who was in the car There does not appear to be a minimum spend on the voucher which is valid from tomorrow

Just off to Mt t's to use up vouchers then back to sada for a c&c No car for the next few days:(

    Good afternoon all....

I'm after a washer dryer, mine has given up this morning.
Anyone recommend a good site to look at....
Possibly the best deal I can see at the moment would be with AO....for around £315....with connection and disposal of the old one and fitting new taking the price to just about£350...

    any thoughts?

AO are excellent. A lot of people off here have used them and got good deals and great service.

I could off done the shop myself in the time I've been waiting:eek::eek:
Number of times Ive told myself this when going to A's C&C. Most of the time I get a phone call about half hour before Im due to collect mine to tell me that they are doing C&C from customer services as the van is broke down or whatever. By the time I park the car, inform customer services Im here and they phone through and then wait and wait for the goodies, I could have done the shop myself
At least you could sit in the car and quietly fume to yourself nerfy, while waiting in the queue :rotfl:

Yay I have my badge :j

    Good morning :)

I have an idea for glitch spotting. If each of us was responsible for monitoring the prices of 1 set of items it would be easy to spot a glitch if one appeared.

Let me explain - one type of glitch is where there is a multibuy on a product instore that isn't picked up by the APG. I think this would be the easiest glitch to spot. For example, Dettol spray costing £2 each or £2 for £2.50 and £1 in another store would give a £2.20 return for £2.50 spent on 2 Dettol products.

What needs to happen is for someone to monitor a particular product and go instore on price change day and check for any suddenly appearing multibuys. If there is one and that product is cheaper elsewhere than the full price in Sada we have a glitch. It's spotted and reported on the day by the person responsible for that product

I'd be happy to monitor all Dettol products and if that's easily manageable I might add other products to my watched items. Even if we all only watched one item there's enough of us to easily cover all the important essentials such as dishwasher tabs, toilet tissue etc. we'd each need to go to Sada on Wednesday to check the prices. I'm not sure if there's another price change day?

Perhaps also we could have more than one person for the same product as it wouldn't be good for people to feel pressure to go to Sada if they didn't feel upto it on that day.

What do others think and do I have any volunteers to monitor a particular product?:D

I am happy to help but cant guarantee the morning The only problem with my store is that it does not always have the correct signage I get so much info on here so glad to pay back I will just look for whatever I am asked to do
