Cooker compromise sorted out
Been to Ts to do my £40 shop for £10 CB. Was struggling to get to £40 as I only needed a few things so bought 1l of bacardi for a Xmas present. Even got an unexpected PP for £1.23.
Half price pork shoulder joints at Ts are comparing nicely to As and Ms

I've got a £7 off when you spend £50 which I'm determined to use. I've also got some newly refurbished store vouchers and a few mocs to throw in, but I'm struggling to see how I'll ever come up with £50 worth

I have a £5 off £20 for F&F and Instore they have £5 off £25 F&F coupons. I was very tempted to get clothes to make up my shop but thought better of it in case COS didn't accept my receipt.
What about giftcards?0 -

I bought a pack persimmon in Mr T because they had been reduced to 30p for 3 and I thought they a type of orange.
I have opened the packet and they nothing like an orange :rotfl::rotfl:
So now I am wondering if I will like them or have I wasted 30p

I've been buying a 3 pack every week for a couple of years (when stocked and in season)
Asda had someone promoting them so got to try it.
They are a very sweet fruit (quite high in calories as fruit goes), with a texture like a peach/nectarine
As they ripen they get sweeter and most importantly they go brown. They are not bad when they go brown just sweeter.
I just cut the top leafy bit off and a tiny section from the other end
When I first started buying them you got 4 for 99p. Most of the time they are 3 for 99p though they have been 86p in Asda for a few weeks (don't buy on a target shop against anywhere. They are cheaper by more than 10% at moment)The end is nigh0 -
Thanks. Know what to ask for an early Christmas present now.I found the Moto G 4G pretty good for cashback apps etc. It's a pretty recent version of android and can be got sim free from Tesco direct or on Tesco's own network. It's in double up at the minute too.
I do most of the uploading on wifi so don't think contract or PAYG will be an issue.
Other's may have better suggestions
