Supreme Court turns down flight delay appeals

    http://www.lawgazette.co.uk/law/supreme-court-turns-down-flight-delay-appeals/5044782.article

People refused compensation after 3+ hour flight delay due to mechanical failure can now claim - Supreme Court ruling!

good news for those that have had flight delays claims refused due to unforeseeable technical problems:D

    I have 2 outstamdning claims pending!

    Afternoon all!:D

I've been struggling for one of these for ages with Easyjet. They claim our flight was cancelled due to ATC issues. I argued that if so it was odd that only our flight was affected but I can't get another word out of them.

Just checked OHs phone and on his COS the soup is not showing but if you go to the upload a receipt page, click asda and today it shows - it did this odd thing last week.

I also noticed that on mine the 12 or 15 packs of carling give me £3.95 (I am sure it was £4.50 earlier in the week) but on Ohs its only £1.80

    Hi all,
Not had chance to catch up, but OH just brought me home a SDA womble dated today (31st).

On it is this frozen chicken v S:

3 x ASDA Chosen by You Cook from Frozen Chicken Breast...£13.50£31.50

They bought 3 packs which shows as £5 each on their receipt with no mutlibuy showing on recipt?
On the Sada comparison they show as £13.50 it total which is odd?

Im guessing this is the 1kg frozen bags?

Not sure if its worth buying it in S? I'm always a bit way of that frozen chicken with added water & crap in it?:(
