DD1 had already seen it on Toys r us and ordered. She phoned yesterday afternoon, I didn't think to put it on here. Didn't realise what a bargain it was.

It does make me laugh that people would attend something like this for someone they distinctly dislike, but then I suppose if it's driven by politics, then you just have to show your face, make the right sounds, then find an excuse to slip away as early as possible

I definitely won't be having a baby shower (not that I'd know enough people to invite, it'd be more like a baby trickle :rotfl:) - there's defo something about it that's too American. And it is basically saying 'give me presents'. I'd probably refuse to go to one on that basis, especially as I prefer to gift when the baby actually arrives (as in 'I'll give you your present when you let me have a baby cuddle' )

I checked that first, I'm signed up to all offers.
Weirdly when I click on the items it tells me how much cashback is available.
Must just be a glitch in my app. Was worrying I'd missed the boat

My views on baby showers is not good. I don't agree with them and think that it's just an excuse for greed. Friends trying to outdo each other by buying better present than their friends.
Another American idea that has spread here.

Just my opinion.

Thanks Perky :A wrong of me to say but Im being honest today is one of the days he works so it will be better. He insisted he wasn't going but with a subtle foot up the bum he has gone.
