Morning all, cloudy here but dry. Hope it stays that way as OH has probably got to climb up a pylon at the local football club today to reconnect a cable
As for keeping wine and champagne, I have always kept it in a dark place (currently the winedrobe in the spare room), we have several bottles of champagne because every time we drink one we end up being given two, got to the stage where we are almost afraid of drinking it!!!!
As for reporting people, the only time I would ever do it would be if someone was on here and really trying to mix it. I would never report anyone like Nerfy or FC, I would simply mention they had gone too far on the thread or pm them if it was bad,What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

Would it be so wrong to assault a pregnant woman? Don't answer that, it is just my anxieties talking of spending time with her and knowing I really cannot say what I think.:mad::mad:
If she is as egocentric as you say she is then you will probably not have to talk to her for long, she will expect everyone to crowd round her to congratulate her and chat cheerfullyYou may well be able to melt away fairly quickly without her even noticing
That said, I do not do baby showers. My son's fianc!e had one and I even refused to go to that, my excuse being that I really do not know her friends (they are really weird too, totally different attitude to me, her friends that is, get on well with her). To me, baby showers are basically begging events where everyone tries to bring a better present than the next person, especially as the presents are unwrapped there and then in front of everyone. Yet another imported Americanism. As for what to give her, something like an ornamental money box for baby? What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

Morning all. Grey but dry here.
I bought a single bottle of cider yesterday and claimed on COS and MSL. We shared it between us with our dinner (fish fingers and mustard mash lol).
Must get up now, I'm off to Leeds shortly. See you all later.0
