rhosynbach, do they do these bni currys in porthmadog tesco??? or are you getting them from some where else.

Naught mummy, I do love your sons stories :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

so sorry Sarah i missed this post:o:o I do not think they have them in Port as I asked before and they said they did not stock them, we got them in Bangor xx
  • You should have said. I have so many Clinique free goody bags as SA keeps enough back that I get one every 3 months minimum. Could have easily sorted you out. I only wear make up on date night and not been doing those this year.
What are you going to be doing that involves lots of make up?

Did you know you are meant to replenish your make up every 6 months:eek: I still have fav blue eye shadow I was wearing in the 90's its a boujous one and they still do it.

For foundation I buy testers of flea bay as wear so rarely. Very cost effective.

If you don't wear it daily it seems such a waste. A couple of years ago I had an ulcer on my cornea :( ouch it was painful and I had to throw all my eye make up away including my beloved smash box brush set that mum had bought me prior to getting married:(
    Still haven't replaced them :(

    Debt-free and Proud!
I got my Selfridges beauty calendar two years ago and I'm still using a lot of the products. Well worth it. They do sell out stupidly quickly though. This year I'm going to get a Lego one :D
    Debt free 6th December 2014 :)

That looks perfect. 'Wonders if I can get cheaper some how'.

Guess I missed the Benefit one then. I think I might buy a couple of No 7 ones to cover the cost of the one you posted.

Last year there was a small window of BS bogof but missed it and tbh have plenty of bs stuff and doubt I could pay using 10 lyb cards. No time to make one especially for her and I know it is something she has always wanted. She would be happy with the Yankee Candle one tbh.

Off to check the site out.
    Thanks

You ŵouldn t have 10 lyb cards would you ;)

I take care to check dates on my stash regularly now. There's nothing more gutting than discovering some out of date food/cleaning products you got for next to nothing that could have gone to someone who needed it more.

In Sainsbobs today I picked up two 'mini ponies' that were 49p each. Does anyone know of any national scheme for presents for disadvantaged kids at Christmas? My local foodbank may do something but just wondered- you're a knowledgable lot :)

Evening all! Hopefully everyone has had a good and/or productive weekend :)

Emma, I see you've already had lots of suggestions, but I thought I'd add that there's also the Operation Christmas Child shoebox appeal. Hubby and I do it every year, it's so nice to include a letter or a photo which the child may reply to if they are able. It feels really good to track where in the world your box has gone and to know that a child somewhere will have a box full of what may be the only presents they have ever had :o
