    Good Afternoon scottishshortie :hello:

She was ok apart from talking about weight loss. She supposedly lost 5lbs since last week  no way she not that big :rotfl::rotfl:

Makes me laugh because it took her so she says 13 weeks to lose a stone then she loses that in a week.

I asked her what she now weighed and her answer 10st 2lb so I said lets both have a weigh on your scales but she refused.

If you look in her fridge at the custard , thick cream , crème caramels , trifles , cream cakes and loads fattening foods I have decided she is mocking my weight loss :( She did ask what weight I wanted to get down to and I said out of overweight into normal that shut her up :D

:T:T:T:T well done tweets, she might not mention it again

Now's the time to start planning what you are going to do when you get to a weight you are happy with :) Your plan for maintaining......
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

Bit of a long shot but has anyone got a thundershirt for their dog. Supposed to calm it down when thundering or fireworks going off. They are £30 and reviews seem ok so I'm thinking of ordering today. Tia xx

We bought one of these for a tiny toy poodle who suffered travel sickness every time she travelled by car. It worked immediately - she's never been sick in the car since and she doesn't need to wear it at all for travelling now. Hopefully, one of these would have a similar calming effect against fireworks. If it doesn't help, though, I think you could pretty much get your money back by re-selling on eBay.

In Sainsbobs today I picked up two 'mini ponies' that were 49p each. Does anyone know of any national scheme for presents for disadvantaged kids at Christmas? My local foodbank may do something but just wondered- you're a knowledgable lot :)

There's something called the kindness offensive that did a huge drive last year and volunteers actually helped to deliver the presents to various hospitals etc which is something I'd like to do too. Bloody love Christmas!
