I click on the message number on the top right which brings the message up as a separate entity and then on the top right there are 3 dots, click on these and it gives you a menu and you can share via email - I send interesting messages, lists etc to the home email and the iPad email

Yes. From T&Cs - It can only be redeemed with the original receipt.

They are supposed to mark it. Not a good idea to re-use, if people start doing that sort of thing offers like this will finish (not saying you were planning on re-using, just covering all bases )
