In case you are doing the TCB pumpkins Cashback. Having checked, M Large Pumpkins (£2) are the same size as T are calling Extra Large at £3. T PP does not match anywhere.

Me thinks a quiet day is in order. Might go for a wee wander round the canal but that'll be as strenuous as it gets!

FC hope things went as well as they could with DS1 last night and that the other pair got their rude awakening ;)

    Good morning all

My Toscso has the 3v's cards and I can sort of follow what you are doing with paypal but cant find what I gain by buying £50 worth of vouchers. I did buy my next vouchers and need more so it was win win even though I had had no idea what it was for

    Can someone advise TIA

Oh and I am sorry that I did not find the elite earlier You have been about since 2006!!!!! I have missed years of bargains and stockpiles :( but thanks for the last 12 months :T

150cc points for £50, £40 HH voucher generated, you can (CS willing) use conditional spend against the £50 cost and hopefully will be using the £5 off £40 HH next week to buy more ;).

And as oozy has reminded us below, 2p per litre off fuel :).

    It all adds up.

Yes I think the more points are also on the Shiraz - I picked that one up first. The SELs have the final dates of the more points - seem to think its early November but I will check tomorrow.

We need someone to try the red out now.

But what happens if you buy 2 bottles and use a combination of cash and a voucher but you don't get the result you want - so you want to do a refund so you can start again - would that be allowed?

I tried the red Shiraz yesterday and reported back? As others were successful with the Chardonnay I assume it was that one in my store that did not correctly give the extra 2000 more points and needed a trip to CS to get them added (but did give match points).

From memory, offer on until 2/11.

    Morning

Lots to catch up on you chatty bunch :D

Hope the clock change went well for fc, I remember you talking about it when they last changed

I see some of you are really organised with your wood, I've been looking for somewhere decent to get some from in small amounts as I don't think we'll be using the fire when baby arrives (haven't looked into it properly yet). Last year we used some that someone had ordered from a forestry and it made the house smell gorgeous (as opposed to the mouldy damp stuff that garages and B&Q leave in the rain), so hoping to find similar

Off to catch up and learn about this 3v stuff, I don't even have a paypal account

Ooh, and the first gig I went to was foo fighters supported by prodigy '96/'97, was a real eye opener as I hadn't been in a 'proper' mosh pit before. Real envious of those around to see the likes of Jimi H, was a great time for music

When I was brought up we used to make Halloween lanterns from turnips with full sized candles inside - no sign of pumpkins and tea lights. Although still tricky, pumpkins are MUCH easier to cut out than turnips - youngsters today don't appreciate the struggles we went through :).

And don't forget the 2p fuelsave for every £50 spent. With an average 50 litre tank, that comes to an extra £1 for every £50 worth of gift cards.

Make sure you check out the groupon/living social deals there are some good offers around this time of year.

We are not going far and hotel is close enough to walk out the door and go for a walk along the beach. :j

If we went out to Bournemouth for the evening and meal and both of us had a drink it would be just as expensive to get a taxi there and back so we just as well stay over.

Agree - so many good deals on groupon and livingsocial esp in the Lake District and Yorkshire - trying to decide on just one is so hard ...
