I would say from experience don't blame it on the Goverment, 'cos you can see them on the telly - they are real people - instead blame it on The Authorities:) ('cos, sush:cool:, between me and you, they don't really exist) and then they are in charge of everything:)

No that wouldn't work :D Id then be in the precarious position of being asked who 'the authorities' are

*update* the magnum is now in the bin. It was allocated for tonight at 8pm and its missed its slot :o I hate waste but I am NOT arguing on this occasion.

I know Im making light but it's actually quite distressing :( time is something in his life he has control of and he lives by it. It must be very upsetting to lose control of it for a short time.

You didn't miss much, it was pretty dreary. Yes, Im looking forward to tomorrow and schools are off next week so no Monday morning school run for me
The holidays are just coming to an up here.
Although I'm not actually sure if DD goes back to nursery on Monday or Tuesday :o :rotfl:Conflicting reports online as well which is most annoying!

A question re Morrisons match and more please - I did my first test shop today - very odd, felt like a newbie attempting my first BM, APG to TPP shop :)

    I got
1 butchers cat food tins £3.49 - for cashback
    2 Hardys stamp Chardonnay semillion £7.25 x 2
    Total £17.99

    I got
    Match points 4990
    More points 4000

    Is this correct?
I am wondering who it is comparing to - the cat food is £3 in Asda but that does not seem to count.
It says my shop would have been £4.99 cheaper elsewhere.
I was hoping a new voucher would pop out but the till spit machine was sullen and silent, not even a conditional spend.
If I go in Tommorow will I have to do another £15 shop to get a voucher from the till spit machine?
Or if I buy a banana for 10p will it trigger it?
    I have 4990 + 4000 + the 1330 I started with - annoyingly just short of a tenner.
I was going to do the comfort pure shop as well but as I am in tommorow I thought I would wait.

Someone has probably answered by now but you would have got 4500 points for the wine and 490 for the Butchers making a total of 4990 +4000 "more " points.
You don't have to spend £15.00 to get your voucher , I usually put a small item through in a separate transaction to get any vouchers I am due.
I get 10320 points so you should get 2 vouchers.

Billy's siblings, who he went on holiday with, we're off last week. They're from a different part of Scotland.

Oh that was a proper dilemma for me. I know Im in the minority but I don't agree with kids having time off for holidays in term time. It's just my personal view. BUT I wanted him to go on holiday with his family, so I had a proper struggle about what was the right thing to do :o

I don't tend to agree with taking kids out of school either for holidays, although I can understand why people do it. I guess it depends on the individual circumstances really. There will be times when it's the right thing to do and others when it's not.
Must have been a dilemma for you though :o

Can I put in my request please for the next glitch.
Chocolates and toilet rolls if you please, my attic is finally emptied of its layer of andrex insulation.
Thank you in advance to the person who makes my dreams come true.

We also just recently finished our Andrex stash and to be honest I have bought the cheapest non-brand rolls I could find over the last 2 weeks and must admit it lasts much longer than the luxury rolls. There seems to be more sheets per roll on the cheap stuff.
