:xmassign::xmassign:Evening all,
Was just browsing and came across this site.
storejust .com
Ridiculously cheap nike air max, michael kors etc xx
Don't take this the wrong way but I'd avoid that website. It looks dodgy to me and the prices are too good to be true, so they probably are. There's no contact details or info about where they're based. They also don't take paypal, which is something I personally avoid with unknown sites.
It might well be legit but because of the above I wouldn't use it myself. Im only telling you this because Id hate you to get ripped off either with fakes.......and the web is overrun with them, or worse giving your card details to scammers.0 -
Evening to all still here.
Hope everyone is well as I have only managed to skim read through today.
My DS told me the other day he has a friendly football game in College arranged for the 11th, those doing his course against some sports students.
As him and his mates are Public Services Students I was thinking it would be a good idea to find a poppy seller with a roll of stickers and give them a donation to get stickers for the team to put on for the match. And then out of the blue tonight I opened our free local paper and read about these.....
http://poppies4kits.co.uk/
So I went on there and bought 15 for his team.
PERFECT :T
I've read about this. Fab isn't it? They've got all sorts now. Wristbands, adhesive ones, enamel ones, even handbag charms and those wrist slapper (:eek:) things
My car even has a poppy this yearperfect way to use the redundant tax disc holder

Emma I really wish you hadn't asked that gig question. Not that Westlife can be classified as a 'gig' per se, but I'm now listening to their greatest hits and crying/cringing with laughter. I'm glad my music tastes have changed in the last 16 years :rotfl:'I solemnly swear that I am up to no good'0

I'm glad mine haven't:D:rotfl::rotfl:.
But...er... maybe I missed the point there, are you suggesting (I think you are:D:think:) that you no longer like Westlife?:rotfl: I never liked them [i.e. their music, not literally them as people] in the first place!:j
Well, not that Westlife.
...
Maybe I liked this one instead...

So much for them sitting at stools, singing love songs in the way that the broadcast media represents to us as being Westlife.(:rotfl::rotfl:) Literally, I am, probably!, as sceptical about everything presented to or claimed to be as I am about what is presented to me by a supermarket. Pure distrust:D. Maybe. Loose broccoli:o:rotfl:.
Westlife do brilliant (IMO) dance club-music. Westlife - love songs?:huh: Never heard of them!:rotfl:
For the pedant arguing "that's a remix", there are other remixes on the radio/TV that are not (usually) identified as such and where the original is never (or very rarely, only in specialist music context etc.) aired. So, on that basis, they should identify the remix and stop referring to it as by the artist, as it's a remix and not the original the artist made. (As they don't, I therefore adopt a similar, commonly uncriticised approach. And pick and choose, just as they (arguably) do, which one to call whatever.) Besides, most artists (and pop particularly I presume) have A&R and production people and therefore the records not actually 'made' by the artist singing on the song. (At the end of the day, it doesn't really matter... simply it's whether you like a particular recording or not.)
Anyway...you gotta me all onto a different topic!!:D:D:rotfl: And.... Friday night music, a bit of dance goes there doesn't it?!?:)0 -

I was a massive MASSIVE DL fan at that time, they could have done no wrong in my eyes
Tesla were the support and I remember one guy next to us saying he thought Tesla were better as they were louder. To say I wanted to kneecap him is an understatement :rotfl:lookinforabargain wrote: »Whatever became of Sluggy?!
Oh Sluggy
He was safe and secure in his box (with the lid made from a frying pan splash guard weighted down with a sturdy plate). DS woke up in the night so I showed him that Sluggy had come back to see himWhat a happy boy
Next morning, we wake up and Sluggy has escaped :eek: I was expecting tears but DS just said, oh I expect his friends have picked him up in their car and taken him shopping :rotfl::rotfl:
No slug trails from the box, couldn't find him anywhere0 -

Mine was Simple Minds in either 85 or 86 at Celtic Park in Glasgow. I went with a group of friends on a coach. The coach never turned up to pick us after it finished :eek: we were all quite young, 16-20. The Police made us sit in the Police Station until we could sort a coach out. There were a lot of us and some of us had to sit in some cells
.......so I've been in a cell in Glasgow :eek::rotfl:

Oddly enough I'm not surprised :rotfl:'I solemnly swear that I am up to no good'0 -

I love my enamel pin badges...... I do just happen to be wearing my poppy one now, I started wearing it yesterday. My wooden cross with poppy is rather faded, this always sits on the dashboard of my car tucked behind the windscreen so it can be seen from outside. I moved it from my old car to my new one, I feel it keeps me safe. Hopefully i'll come across a stand where I can get a new one for this year. :A0
