Retro tune for this evening. The first gig I ever went to, aged 4 :o

OMG! She was the first person I ever seen as well :D I was 5 and it was in the Edinburgh Playhouse. I remember it vividly! Getting lost in Glasgow on the way through, to the seats on the aisle, trying to take photos! *gets all misty eyed* :rotfl:

    Afternoon all

Definitely not a day to leave the house raining and thick fog.

The Friexnet @£5.99 did I read right saying an extra 20% off?
    Don't have a M&M card yet but that makes 6 bottles £28.75.
Can I buy morries wine online if not in a delivery area. Don't they have a separate site called The Cellar?

Evening luvlies, it's actually 25% off when you buy 6 bottles in Morries - I bought 6 today and paid £26.95, a bargain when they were originally £14.99 a bottle ;). Also did a 4 x Comfort Pure shop buying milk, a banana and Kipling slimes to bring the shop over £15 for the extra Morries points. Points - 5390 Match and 4000 More.

Many thanks to OP who said they'd used the Aussie hair set as a trigger for the 2 for £8 gift sets in sada. I did 2 shops today using the Aussie as a trigger both times, I got the Tresemme gift set in one shop and the Nivea Hydrated Beautiful Skin gift set in the other shop - (APG of £3.90 ish back on both using sweets as fillers, oh and a 3p
sprout) so about £2 ish for each set which I'm very pleased with :D

No I'm not one for cider these days either, but this stuff is very drinkable :D

I've had to switch the darts off for half an hour because of a clash on the sky box  inconsiderate people. I moved into the other room where they watch footy and play games and stuff (I rarely go in there) to watch it for half and hour and have had to give up because I can't find the remote control for that TV
........and I don't know how it switches on without it :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

savvy I got some to compare like this 2 weeks ago on a cc cant remember if it was v t or s

edited, that's better mate. I just checked and mine were £5 rtc

Free packs of dishwasher tablets! If you can get my prices.

(They might reduce them even further - and be paying us. Knowing my luck though, they will go no lower and will just disappear completely after this price:rotfl:.)

Thanks for the saving on the broccoli though - I got the correct Broccoli this time (335g pack that is actually more). Fancy me falling into error on that, and then repeating my error and then doing so again, until I was told otherwise!!:rotfl::D:rotfl::rotfl:

The 49p Broccolis, that are actually higher weight, work out at about 10% off £1.20/kg:T. Still not as good as S/P frozen broccoli, but this is fresh and is, IMO, much better!

All was well. A bit of a dicey moment on the M comparison, as the APG site went on a go-slow and then, a few seconds later, the comparison came up.

I should have put my Loose Onion on the T comp. though, and taken a Giant Sour Stripes from there and put it onto vs M:rotfl: (I didn't think that one compared vs M but it does) but am I too bothered with a penny?!? Not really. I bought exact 8 items as usual:eek::rotfl:, so saved the cost of an extra piece of veg at the 1p anyway. Do not try this at home!(:rotfl:)

That new Lynx shower gel (I like it when they bring out handy new versions:D) worked with the 2x Imperial Leather Enrich. Nice to have a useful trigger there:rotfl:, in that the item is not only useful as a trigger but also a useful product in itself - good Lynx shower gel (£2.37 each:eek:, the various ones go on different offers and down to £1 and occasionally below - as you all know. Irrelevant here!;):rotfl:).

Pink Impulse and 2 Oil Elixirs worked tonight vs M.

I've got a handy app on my phone that I can use to control the telly, much to the annoyance of my OH ;):D :rotfl:

When they do this 25% off do they take account of that in the M prices for Match & More or do they compare from M at full prices each:j and versus each of them cheaper at a competitor?
  • Bet you're wishing it was now you couldn't find the remote FC *yawns* :rotfl:
