Yes you can if the system hasn't been changed to prevent it.

Spend £40+ this week per shop to generate a £5 HH voucher at the till, spend that £5 off £40 voucher next week one per shop. 3V will generate the voucher, 3V plus other items will let you spend it (CS willing - last time it wouldn't scan just against 3V but adding any other item unlocked it - in theory/according to T&C they are not supposed to accept the voucher against gift cards).
